Described by the Media as straight talking and known to cut to the chase and actually say what everyone  else is avoiding. He may be now known as a TV Property Guru but he really is an expert . Andrew has been selling houses since he was 17, buying his first home at the tender age of just 18!

Andrew has experienced all market conditions  good and bad, sold beautiful dream homes and houses even the local rat population would stay out off! All this is with equal passion, because houses are his passion. His expertise comes really in the understanding of the fact that people are actually the main ingredient in the process of buying and selling properties, whether first time owners, seasoned house movers or investors big and small.

In 2005 Australia became Andrew and his family?s home, a decision never regretted! Andrew and his wife established a boutique Real Estate Agency in Queensland in 2005, but sold that agency in 2008 to allow for more time for the family and to allow his substantially increased media work to be given more time. It is my ultimate job, traveling all over seeing new people and their homes, discovering new areas, meeting their agents, what luck he says!
Living in Queensland with his wife and three daughters and a real estate agent since 1984, with hardly any gaps, he still has a real love for houses. He has market experience in the UK, Europe and Australia. If you need help, who else would you ask for THE REAL TRUTH?

His first television property show was created in 2001; a new series again is being filmed currently in 2008 / 2009. More exciting property shows are being planned for 2009 and beyond so watch out. Andrew appeared in 2006 at The BBC Good Homes Show and House and Garden Show at Olympia in London. The new season of Selling Houses Australia, hits screens in 2009.
