David Cunningham graduated from The Michael Smurfit Business University from which he went successfully on to work with JPMorgan Asset Management and Operational Risk Management in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Following on from this extensive training and experience in Investment Banking, he co-founded the award winning Shanghai Vision Ltd in 2002. Shanghai Vision facilitates non-Chinese overseas investors in purchasing Chinese residential real estate investments.

David has since set up sales offices in Ireland, United Kingdom and Australia with the company headquarters located in Shanghai China. With over four years experience of working and negotiating with Chinese Real Estate developers and banks, David has a rounded knowledge and insight into the Chinese business culture and ethics.

The company currently has three business divisions in China - Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker and Asset Management. David now lives and manages the company's sales headquarters in Sydney.
