John McGrath

John McGrath is considered one of the most influential figures in the Australian property industry. As Chief Executive of
McGrath Estate Agents, he took the company from a start-up in 1989 to Australia's largest property services group, selling
$2.0 billion in residential property in Sydney in the last financial year.

In September 2002, John won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Services category in the country's
