"I just wanted to take a quick moment to tell you thanks for all that you and your amazing staff did for me during my recent Australian tour. This is the 4th time I've been on tour there and each time I have worked with you, both you and your agents have consistently made my visits easy, fun and laughter filled. Again, the events went flawlessly, the customers are very, very happy and I can't wait to return.I've been a full time professional speaker here in the US since 1995 and I average over 100 events world wide each year, but I only very rarely experience the level of attention to detail and care you folks do on a routine basis. I was especially impressed that you so often sent Julie Winterbottom to the events you booked for me so that she could be available to meet and work with the meeting planner on site as well as facilitate my program and in her "spare time" act as friend and tour guide to me so that I felt like "one of the gang". She also took time to ensure I was well briefed on each of my customers and well prepared to be on stage and off stage with them. The fact that most of your customers may not realize that this is simply a "value added" no cost benefit to them as a part of your service was not missed by me, but it is a rarity in your business. I also wanted to thank you for arranging the amazing Sydney showcase during my last visit. I've never known a bureau to take the time or investment to arrange a showcase for a single speaker and it meant a great deal to me. The event was not just classy, it was perfect and set me up to be able to do my best for your handpicked customers. Amazing. It's also been such a bonus to me that I am able to simply turn my Audio Visual and event needs over to you and know that I can let them go without further effort because of your attention to detail for both the speaker and the meeting planner. There are simply no last minute surprises and that means so much to the speaker and the meeting planner. After the events were over, before I went home, you again went above and beyond and arranged a "Family Only" BBQ that only included speakers and Ovations staff and several of the customers that we had worked with that were now also considered Ovations family. We didn't talk business one time and I know the representative from Qantas and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to just chat and visit and get to know one another outside the hustle and bustle of business. Thanks for that too."
