Ben is a founding member of We:eX and heads up the technical development and integration of electronics into fashion garments and accessories. He is formally trained as an Electrical Engineering (Hons) and has 8 years experience successfully running Snepo Research.  Ben has become internationally recognised for his work on Fundawear for Durex, with the campaign receiving a Silver Lion at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Ben's latest product the 'Alert Shirt' is a fan jersey that uses wearable technology to enable fans to feel what the players feel live as it happens during the game. Not content working on just one product release for Q1 2014, the NAVIGATE jacket is the first incarnation of a product that gives consumers their eyes back and removes the screen from their hands. Ben has recently been presenting at conferences globally including SXSW, mLab, Apps World UK, and Wearable Tech San Francisco. Wearable Experiments has recently been nominated for best startup at Fashion 2.0 NYC.

We aim for the community's feedback on our projects to ensure we are giving the people what they want and making their lives easier. We:eX believes that people are not ready to become computers, but they are growing more interested in being connected all the time - whether they're connecting with information, people or retrieving personal data.
