Blake has owned and operated a number of personal training and bootcamp businesses, and has also been involved with the management team of Australia's largest gym chain where he mentored 25 personal trainers.He has worked in London in an elite personal training studio training a range of high profile people from Hollywood A-listers to senior executives and celebrities. During this period Blake developed a unique approach to holistic health; learning international best practises which he has brought home to his clients in Australia.
Blake recently co-authored 'Switched on: Health and Wellbeing Professionals, vol 2', a book targeted at the busy, stressed individual of the 21st century. The book, which teaches strategies around resilience and sustained performance, features some of the country's most inspiring health and wellbeing professionals.
