Michael Neaylon specialises in promoting the outward face of your brand. Before founding his training, performance and marketing brand Michael was co-director of one of Australia's most in demand corporate entertainment companies, Ben & Mike. He was also the National Sales Manager for Lifestyle Products Company, Uchi; a role which often took him to the US and UK, training over one hundred sales agents, whilst remotely managing the Australian sales team.

Michael has helped many businesses small and large entertain delegates and educate their team. He's trained leading executives at the RTA, and facilitated strategic planning sessions for Sydney Opera House's engineers, Steensen Varming, He's honed presentation and media skills for the RSCPCA, led staff engagement and sales workshops for Snackbrands, Corban & Blair and the Reed Gift Fairs, and welcomed employees to the Coke side of life. He's revved up new prospects for Mercedes Benz, talked up Tandberg, got inside Intel, and raised interest at Westpac, Deutsche Bank and Commsec. He's hosted the Hair Expo Awards, taken tech-talk to new levels at Hewlett-Packard Australia, and warmed up the audience for Daikin's coolest air conditioners.

A trained actor, Michael brings engaging performance skills and interactivity to his keynotes, training and seminars. He regularly conducts public workshops, in house training, strategic planning, and sales and marketing coaching and consultation for independent professionals and SMEs.  An award winning writer, Michael is the author of the book True Brand Toolkit: How to Bring in Big Money For Your Small Business.
