Rob Edwards helps organisations look after their most important asset, people.
Do you want a high impact, heaps of fun, session on your next event?
Live Well is a great kick start to the day or wake 'em up after lunch. It's an unexpected agenda highlight where you'll send a strong 'we care' signal to your team -- people who feel looked after and valued perform better. The session is much talked about and long remembered so there's also subtle team building taking place.
Is there more you can do to help your team be their best?
Their effectiveness, personally and professionally, depends largely on their well-being, attitude and how they feel. In the pace of modern business physical and mental health are often pushed way down the priority list -- yet they are essential for your team's sustained high performance.
By creating the opportunity for your team to focus on their well-being and getting the balance right you make a solid investment in the individuals, their families and in turn business outcomes.
Is it timely to give your key business assets a brief time-out to refocus?
Here's a fun, yet powerful, hour or two to help your people freshen up, get balanced, set some personal goals and increase their energy levels -- even when the pressure is on. And it's in the context of the day to day demands on your people.

Rob will give your team a motivating and truly memorable experience -- thought provoking and laughter is guaranteed. Thousands now have more energy, are more switched on, less stressed, fitter, leaner, have less back pain and some have detected cancers with life saving results. They are simply more effective, personally and professionally. Healthy happy staff, who feel looked after, deliver stronger results.
BUT BUT BUT this is not a 'get lean, get fit, don't smoke lecture! While health provides most of the examples it's really about the motivation, decision making and tools for sustained positive change: be that health, relationships, work, parenting, environment, making a difference ... What is important to you? AND it's about doing the easy stuff that delivers serious benefits.
Rob has a Bachelor of Science with majors in Anatomy & Physiology. His six years working in cardiac rehabilitation and two years with disadvantaged youth has added to his ability to create and deliver messages that really connect with people to make a lasting positive difference. He owned and managed, for 15 years, a leading corporate health company. He is the author of "Better Blood Pressure". When not speaking Rob manages Its Time Foundation that he founded -- creating education opportunities for kids on remote Pacific Islands by replacing diesel power in schools with renewable alternatives.
