He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Fellow of the Institute of Management, Fellow of the Lifewriters Association, JCI senator, a Paul Harris Fellow.  Allan has won the National Speakers Association of Australia (NSAA) Keynote Presenter Award for Excellence and holds the highest international accreditation: Certified Speaker Professional (CSP) and has been inducted into the National Speakers Hall Of Fame.
