Testimonials

Andrew is not your "run of the mill" facilitator. He has a skill-set that is highly experiential and credible and appeals to both "left brain" and "right brain" thinkers. He has the rare ability to cultivate comfort and challenge, curiosity and knowledge - all at once. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
- Susan David, Ph.D. Director, Evidence Based Psychology, Harvard University

Andrew possesses the ability to articulate his ideas and thoughts with both clarity and passion, while engaging with, and sensitive to, another person's perspective and viewpoint. Andrew brings a playful and delightful sense of humour to his facilitating style, still ensuring the ideas/issues being explored are tackled thoroughly and robustly. I have also witnessed Andrew respond with grace, openness and steadfastness when faced with extreme provocation and resistance from a particularly challenging participant.
- Matthew Lee - Executive Manager Ground Operations - Qantas Airways Limited

It is his versatile skills as a teacher, trainer, facilitator, actor and director that allows for and encourages a safe but adventurous environment in which participants are encouraged to explore and discover qualities and insights by which to approach new challenges. On a number of occasions, Andrew has handled challenging or vulnerable participants and their effect on the dynamic of the group…I recommend Andrew to your organisation knowing that your training participants will be in the safest and best of hands.
- Loraine Little | Regional Arts Development Officer - Faculty of The VCA & MCM

Andrew maintained his energy, not only throughout each long day, commanding the attention and participation of 35+ participants, but throughout the whole schedule (He facilitated in excess of 50 events!) Andrew managed some really tricky situations with restraint, sensitivity and consideration. He is true to his craft and is a role model for the techniques he is communicating to his audience. Andrew’s improvisational abilities, his spontaneity, help him to manage and engage his audience at all times.
- Nikki Thorn - Manager Service Culture, Qantas Airways Limited
