Azim Jamal is the Chief "Enlightening" Officer of his company, a professional inspirational speaker and a bestselling author. He was born in Tanzania and educated in Kenya, UK and Canada. Over one million people have heard his uplifting message across the world, including in the U.S., Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa. Audiences have ranged from 50 to 10,000. Azim is a dynamic, thought provoking and inspiring speaker and a visionary with his feet on the ground. He has been featured on television, radio, newspapers and magazines. Azim has also earned 3 professional accounting and financial degrees including a CGA and CFP, and has been a senior partner in an accounting firm for 15 years.
Azim is the author of several books including The Corporate Sufi and the bestseller, 7 Steps to Lasting Happiness. But most importantly, Azim walks his talk. He is dedicated to making the world a better place and has volunteered 15 hours per week for 20 years, including service to Afghan refugees overseas. He meditates regularly and lives a balanced life with his wife, parents and 2 children. He has been awarded Sportsman of the Year in both Canada (1982) and Tanzania (1973) and Footballer of the Year in UK (1975).
