Marathon man, coach, trainer, adventurer, facilitator and actor - that's Bruce Hancock all rolled into one. Bruce has run 12 Marathons and Two Ultra Marathons and is always on the lookout for a challenge.

Bruce, a New Zealander, has been actively involved in Performance Psychology, Training and Development, and the Hospitality and Wellness industry for the past 19 years, in New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and S.E Asia. He has been living now in Thailand for 10 years and worked extensively throughout SE Asia working with corporations, individuals and students.  His background is rich with a variety of learning modalities to compliment his offering including Coaching, Wellness, Acting, Psychology, Counselling, Massage Therapy, and Corporate Facilitation.

Bruce has been described as a dynamic facilitator with a gift to lift the hearts of the participants and create an empowering space to create from. He believes we all have the answers at a level and through the process of skilful facilitation with the best tools available these answers can be surfaced and worked with, giving amazing results.  He has worked extensively as a coach to various corporations focusing on uncovering the core blocks and barriers to performance. As a coach Bruce has the ability to tap into the unique talent of each person and take them on a journey to discover their ultimate goals whilst focusing on the organisations vision and values. These values need to be aligned to each persons personal values for a successful outcome to be achieved and it is with these values and the behaviour of each person in which an energetic culture is created.

Bruce has facilitated a number of coaching programs for all levels of management equipping them with the skills and techniques to coach at a high level and to keep the coaching process alive and performance based. Key coaching ingredients are critical for ongoing success and Bruce passes these on in an interesting, fun, and lively way using various coaching tools. He often talks of passion and loves to watch others embrace their own passions as a way to create dreams and perform at their best.  Bruce is a sort after keynote presenter and often ignites the energy at conferences throughout Asia.

Other programs Bruce has created and facilitated include leadership, communication, motivation through passion, team skill development, public speaking (speak out)and cross culture awareness. He has held a variety of leadership positions including Managing Director Kaleidoscope Consultancy, Senior Facilitator Australian College of Applied Psychology, Director Quest/Corporate Training, Director Health and Wellness Chiva Som International Health Resort, Director Operation Asian Oasis, Director EarthCare, CSR and cultural integration.

He has taken Microsoft Senior Managers on the Kakoda Trail in Papua New Guinea as part of their leadership program, facilitated modules at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, facilitated leadership and cultural diversity programs in the hill tribes of northern Thailand, acted in various development plays, and created corporate social responsibility programs throughout Asia. Bruce created EarthCare, a program for School groups and organisations to experience local cultures, the environment, and community service, a two way learning experience aligning values and building communication.

John Waters

John Waters is one of Australia's most recognised and respected film and theatre actors. Son of Scottish actor Russell Waters, John’s childhood was spent around film studios and appearing in minor roles. Arriving in Australia in 1968 he was cast in the US film Adam's Woman, landed the lead role of Claude in the 1969 production of rock musical, Hair alongside Marcia Hines, and later the role of Judas in Godspell.
