Founder and Director of EQ MINDS, Chelsea Pottenger is an accredited Mindfulness + Meditation coach, a Psychology student of Adelaide University, a Mental Health Ambassador for R U OK? and a woman on a mission.

Chelsea is on a mission to re-set the corporate agenda, asking businesses to prioritise their employees mental health first.

This mission is grounded and inspired by her own experience. Chelsea experienced severe Post Natal Depression (PND) following the birth of her daughter five years ago. In her journey to recovery, she re-trained and adopted a new way of living, integrating a new set of tools into her life to manage and optimise her mental health. Chelsea is determined to show corporate businesses how they can support their employees to care for their mental health, to nurture, sustain and optimise their wellbeing in and outside of the office.

John Waters

John Waters is one of Australia's most recognised and respected film and theatre actors. Son of Scottish actor Russell Waters, John’s childhood was spent around film studios and appearing in minor roles. Arriving in Australia in 1968 he was cast in the US film Adam's Woman, landed the lead role of Claude in the 1969 production of rock musical, Hair alongside Marcia Hines, and later the role of Judas in Godspell. This quickly led to a flourishing career on stage, film, and television with ABC TV's Rush in 1974 earning him a Logie Award for Best New Talent, and quickly followed by films such as End Play, Summerfield, Breaker Morant, All the Rivers Run, Nancy Wake and Alice to Nowhere.
