David Welzman has created Elite Roving Entertainment for the corporate sector. Roving entertainment in the past has been stilt walkers, clowns & juggler- all circus style performers. David has never performed in a circus, on the street or has ever busked on the street.

David's history is more compared to a Hospitality Manager than a circus performer. Having spent the last 8 years working for major market leaders in the hospitality industry such as Accor, Furama, Club Med and Start City Casino. David's ability to create unique and fresh material was tested at the Marrickville RSL talent Quest in 2002 where he made the top 10 beating 630 other professional entertainers with an act he created in just two days, David Also appeared on their TV advertisements
