After earning a Double Honours Bachelor of Science Degree (in Economics and Geography) from Southern Connecticut University, Debbie worked as a Market Analyst on Wall Street in Manhattan NYC. Three days after getting married in 1985, her husband whisked her off to Wellington New Zealand.

There she joined Tower Trust Services (the mutual fund arm of Tower Corporation) as their first Marketing Manager, and next helped found Jardine Fleming New Zealand as Director of Marketing.

For many, email is just a vehicle for interoffice communications. But back in early 1997 Debbie recognised the tremendous marketing potential of the Internet and that it would change things forever.

Now four years later, Debbie is considered an International expert in Email and Internet Marketing. She's in demand as a consultant, author, trainer and keynote speaker around the world. Debbie creates and presents workshops on Successful Internet Strategies, Successful Email Marketing and website strategy. Her keynote speaking engagements this year includes among others the prestigious Internet World both in Chicago and New York City, the World IT Summit in Bali, F@stEC2001 in Borneo, the joint venture Learning Series with Unlimited Magazine and Successful Internet Strategies with the Employers and Manufacturers Association.
