Is your team performing at its peak - or just going through the motions?
In today's high-pressure environment, even the most capable teams can struggle to connect, communicate, and stay creative. That's where Dr Andrew Lewis brings his unique edge. With a distinguished career directing iconic television, shaping world-class performers, and leading elite actor training for more than two decades, Andrew now helps organisations ignite the three essentials of peak performance: Connection, Courage, and Creativity.
Andrew has directed some of Australia's most recognised television series - including Home and Away, Play School, Neighbours, All Saints, Parallax, and Something in the Air - as well as documentaries and factual programming for the ABC.
For over 20 years, he served as Head of Performance at the globally respected Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and Western Australian Screen Academy (WASA), where he helped shape the careers of talent such as Hugh Jackman, Tim Minchin, Frances O'Connor, Lisa McCune, and Jai Courtney.
He holds a PhD in Theatre Storytelling along with two Master's degrees in theatre and screen, combining creative mastery with academic insight.
What makes Andrew different is simple: he doesn't just talk about performance - he teaches it. Drawing directly from the rehearsal room, he translates the tools actors use to perform under pressure, connect authentically, and lead with presence into practical strategies for the workplace. The result is a powerful shift in how people show up, speak out, and collaborate.
When people train like actors, they perform like leaders.
Andrew's speaking style is authentic, energising, and highly experiential. A natural storyteller with the heart of an educator and the spark of a performer, he blends humour, live demonstrations, real-world relevance, and audience interaction. His sessions go beyond inspiration - they equip people with tools they can use immediately, creating impact that is both emotional and practical.
