After outstanding success in the field, both nationally and internationally, Jim Pratt led two branch offices to national recognition. Moving into upper management, he led the field force of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, "The Quiet Company," with 4,800 associates in 124 branches. As a co-founder, Jim built the field force of PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., the nation's third largest private mortgage insurance company, subsequently sold to Sears Financial. He then became Executive Vice President of Imperial Savings Bank of San Diego, and CEO of Ticor Realty Services in Los Angeles.

Jim has earned an international reputation for successful management and leadership in building and training successful teams. Jim works with over 50 companies per year in many different industries.

Jim, based in Europe, personally recruited and built an organization covering Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, and currently works with a number of international companies.

Recently, Jim has addressed audiences in London, Moscow, Sydney, Auckland, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Manila, Jakarta, Bombay, Lagos, Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jerusalem, Dubai, Calgary, Edinburgh, Vienna, Madrid, Budapest, Prague, Mexico City , Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Santiago, and Bogota, as well as numerous locations throughout the United States.
