Jean was superb! Everything ran beautifully from the very first moment as she's not only a very funny woman, she's articulate and warm, engaging and informed. It was clear that in developing her presentation, Jean considered carefully the nature of our audience. In this regard Jean delivered an ideal blend of humour while covering the core theme of our organisation (and therefore event's) focus - research - a combination that's not always easily achieved. I couldn't recommend Jean more highly as a very sincere and genuine speaker who manages to not only entertain her audience, but to develop a bond where almost every member of the crowd finds themselves immediately identifying with her. She even inspired our audience so much that our fundraising elements on the day were 30% above those of the average of the past five years - magnificent!!
