Jean was superb! Everything ran beautifully from the very first moment as she's not only a very funny woman, she's articulate and warm, engaging and informed. It was clear that in developing her presentation, Jean considered carefully the nature of our audience. In this regard Jean delivered an ideal blend of humour while covering the core theme of our organisation (and therefore event's) focus - research - a combination that's not always easily achieved.
