Jessica Spendlove is an international speaker, coach, advisor and performance dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping ambitious individuals and teams reach the top, and stay there.
Her career began as an elite athlete, where she became a state and national swimming champion. She went on to spend more than a decade at the forefront of elite sport, working across seven professional teams including the GWS Giants, Cronulla Sharks, Giants Netball, Sydney Kings, Western Sydney Wanderers and the NSW Waratahs, alongside Olympic medallists, world champions, premiership winning sides and Special Forces Command.
Jess now partners with organisations such as PwC, AirTree, YPO, PEXA, QBE, Zurich, Coles and Foxtel Media, and is an advisor for Monash University's Corporate Education program, helping leaders and teams optimise energy, resilience and stress management to prevent burnout. Her sessions are high impact and grounded in real world application, blending science with practical strategy delivered in a relatable, engaging style.
Jess hosts the podcast Stay at the Top, and her mission is simple: to help people and teams succeed not at the cost of their health, but because of it.
