John O'Leary began speaking in 2005, he inspires audiences to rise above challenges, discover passion, and fulfill potential. He reveals it is necessary to embrace personal and professional challenges and transform them into a foundation for outstanding growth. As a nine-year-old boy, John was burned on 100% of his body and given less than 1% chance of surviving the first night. He endured months in the hospital, years in therapy, dozens of surgeries, and lost all of his fingers to amputation.

Despite the odds, he overcame those challenges to become a college graduate, business owner, chaplain, the Ambassador for Big Brothers, Big Sisters, the first inductee into the Energizer "Keep Going" Hall of Fame, an international speaker, a husband and father.

John's professional focus as an international speaker began with the writing, release and poignant response from his parents' book, "Overwhelming Odds". Because of this book, John felt compelled to embrace his past, rise about his fears, and share his message with others. His presentations challenge his audience to move past their comfort zones, dream big, plan smart, take action and soar in life.

John illustrates that everyone, regardless the circumstance, has the ability to overcome any obstacle and achieve any dream. John will empower your group to move past their comfort zone, dream big, plan smart, and take action.
