"Junie's fine tuned communication, listening and coaching skills means she gets to the heart of problems quickly. She navigates past the waffle and the excuses to focus you on what's important, clarify your objectives, help you to determine your path to get there and inspire you into action. A true expert, Junie knows when to confront us with the issues we need to face and when to be an empathetic guide. Anyone who has the privilege of Junie's coaching will appreciate what an enormous asset she is. I can't recommend her highly enough.
- Managing Director, IQPC Australia
Junie Ong captured the hearts as well as the minds of our leadership group, resulting in significant shifts and development for each of our leaders who worked with her. Her greatest strength is her combination of candour and compassion; Junie tells it like it is in such a way that the individual is able to take on the feedback and change behaviour, and feel understood and supported at the same time. Her approach of one on one coaching really embeds the learning.
- Head of Client Services Development, Colonial First State
"People are an organisations greatest asset is an over used cliche. If this is the case, why do organisations invest so little in their greatest asset?. Junie has worked with many of my people over the last 6 years, and the investment has resulted in an increased positive culture and an up skilled team."
- Managing Director, HCF Eyecare
