Karen has 20 years of experience in executive management and senior human resources roles, including 8 years specialising in change management, leadership effectiveness and developing high performance cultures. She has also designed solutions for employee satisfaction and retention strategies using a strong orientation to aligning human resources practices to business performance.
Karen's main consulting work across both the private and public sectors is in five areas: working with senior manager teams and HR professionals on the formulation and implementation of strategy, enhancing people practices for business performance, large change and restructuring projects, organisational reviews and M&As, and the design and facilitation of learning & coaching programs. Karen is an accredited facilitator and career coach and teaches Strategic Human Resource Management on both the AGSM, MGSM, & Mt Eliza/Melbourne Business School MBA/MBA (Executive) programs in Sydney, Beijing & Hong Kong. She is also an Advisor/ Assessor on the UTS Work Based Learning MBA.
