Regarded as one of Australia’s most sought after speakers and facilitators, and recognised as a leading coach for female executives and entrepreneurs, Kemi is known for her unique ability to empower meaningful action and sustainable growth. Having trained with Dr. Brene Brown, she is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and a powerful advocate for courageous leadership in life.

Kemi has positively impacted audiences all over the world, speaking in Europe, Africa, USA, Asia and Australia; and has an impressive client list that includes international brands such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Dermalogica, Siemans, Lululemon Athletica, P&O Cruises, Randstad and General Electric.

Her compelling second book, ‘The Gift of Asking’, is inspired by Kemi’s unique life experience growing up in foster care and discovering the power of choice after arriving with her fifth set of foster parents at age 13. From her early feelings of disempowerment to her discovering the empowerment of choice, Kemi went on to work as a professional actor in London on TV and with the Royal Shakespeare Company, trained as a yoga teacher in India, and arrived in Australia to become a pioneer in the wholefood movement internationally.

Today, as an executive and personal coach, her work is focused on supporting women leaders holistically to own their voices and use them for meaningful change; her work with teams builds collective safety, creativity, and value-based engagement.
