Kylie Green

Defined by resilience, this natural born leader has had a few bumps on the road but that hasn't stopped her from rising up the ladder of success.  Following her mantra 'nothing is impossible', her natural talent of meeting, interacting and establishing strong bonds with people has made her a powerful and unique entrepreneur.

With more than 25 years juggling between a huge array of roles - Finance, Marketing and Senior Management - in Sydney based agencies, Kylie decided to make her move and founded Kaleidoscope Marketing Communications at 29 years of age.  After 7 years, Kylie sold her agency into The Photon Group (ASX and international public listed holding company) and remained at the helm until she decided to step away and explore new entrepreneurial opportunities.  Even though she is financially minded, her head is always filled with concepts, ideas and solutions. Generosity defines her. Mentoring, learning, and constantly seeking out new experiences are a big part of her constant growth. Finding inspiration from her family and network of friends, colleagues and contacts, Kylie has found a passion for developing innovative ideas, launching and growing businesses. And since she is often asked to share her experiences and contagious passion with others, she has launched her own mentoring services, her business and marketing consultancy.

Her professional life has been defined by strong and healthy relationships with a wide range of memorable clients including Nestle, Campbell Arnott's, Emirates, Panasonic, Diageo, The Good Guys, Weight Watchers and GlaxoSmithKline.

Dedication, true commitment to go above and beyond and exceeding expectations are the main reasons why Kylie still maintains unbreakable bonds with most of the brands she has handled through her solid career.

Kylie was named Finalist in the Telstra Women's Business Awards in the Hudson Private & Corporate Sector and launched two new businesses, AdLand Jobs - a new specialist job board for the advertising and marketing industry and The Oven. After spending 5 years as Chairperson of the APMA Board (the Australasian Promotional Marketing Association) she has recently stepped down to fill the role of Vice Chairperson and is assisting with merging the industry body into The Communications Council. Kylie is also on the Board of Directors for Layne Beachley's 'Aim for the Stars Foundation'.  Kylie's persona, full of bravery, courage and passion has taken her and the
companies she is associated with on an amazing journey - always changing and always evolving.
