Having begun his career as a self-taught web designer, he worked for a number of top Melbourne advertising agencies when the internet was in its infancy. As the industry evolved Luc did away with design, making the leap to strategic thinking andworking with brands to maximise the effectiveness of online. Along the way Luc maintained a healthy obsession with side projects and hobbies which would eventually lead him to starting D’Marge (dmarge.com) in 2012.

After juggling two jobs for two years and working every morning and evening on D’Marge, he made the jump across. Surviving on baked beans and leftovers for 12 months, D’Marge eventually landed its first major client. It was game on. D’Marge is now one of the largest and most respected men’s online platforms in Australia. With clients that included OMEGA, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, IWC, Gucci and many more high profile international brands.
