Mark started his working life in sales and marketing before studying and working in the area of social services. It was here that he gained his insight into dealing with people and came to understand the complexities of human behaviour. After a number of years involved in counselling and social work he decided to pursue a career in the corporate world, initially focusing on training and development, and later concentrating on organisational development and change.

Since the mid 80's Mark has worked for a number of organisations in Human Resource and Organisational Development roles being exposed to a wide range of markets and cultures. His workshops and seminars are highly interactive, creating maximum ownership and are designed to meet the business needs of organisations.

During his career Mark has specialised in leadership development. He has trained thousands of managers in the cutting edge leadership techniques that are crucial in the running of modern organisations. His leadership development programs are current, practical and designed to align with the strategic initiatives of your business, providing real results that impact the bottom line.

Mark founded his own consulting business, an organisation specialising executive development. John Waters

John Waters is one of Australia's most recognised and respected film and theatre actors. Son of Scottish actor Russell Waters, John’s childhood was spent around film studios and appearing in minor roles. Arriving in Australia in 1968 he was cast in the US film Adam's Woman, landed the lead role of Claude in the 1969 production of rock musical, Hair alongside Marcia Hines, and later the role of Judas in Godspell. This quickly led to a flourishing career on stage, film, and television with ABC TV's Rush in 1974 earning him a Logie Award for Best New Talent, and quickly followed by films such as End Play, Summerfield, Breaker Morant, All the Rivers Run, Nancy Wake and Alice to Nowhere. From 1972 he hosted the children’s ABC program Play School for a decade, and regularly appeared until 1991, endearing him to generations.
