Michael Schoettler

Michael is an entertaining pragmatist who blends humour and pathos with his own personal illustrations. Combining a background of sales and management success, Michael's credibility extends to both sales and non-sales staff alike.

Born in the United States, Michael's international business perspective makes him a unique speaker/trainer with the impact to move audiences to action. Michael has a BA in Political Science (California State University at Los Angeles) and a MBA in International Management (American Graduate School of International Management).

Michael has demonstrated his "Sales Sense" approaches to producing results working in major corporations in both the USA and Australia. He believes that developing your team's ability to build profitable business relationships is your best investment for success. After five years as National Sales Manager for Hunter Douglas, he launched "Sales Sense" and started speaking professionally in 1991. Mike helps people to dramatically lift their results by using sales and negotiation skills to build profitable relationships.

His professional involvements include: Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Governor and Chairman of the Membership Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the National Speakers Association NSW Chapter. Michael's dynamic approach and enthusiasm ensures that every event becomes memorable while still achieving desired outcomes.
