In that time he has delivered over 350  experiential training sessions and performances for a range of organisations across the community, corporate and education sectors. These include Anglicare, EACH, Inner South Community Health, Melbourne Business School, Qantas, NAB, CAE, Brentwood Secondary College, Wesley College, Methodist Ladies College and many more. In 2012/13 Mike designed and delivered the Service Culture Induction and Leadership training sessions for Qantas Ground Operations and has facilitated scores of The Next Step training for frontline leaders and staff across Qantas Domestic for the John Izzo Group since 2013.
