Fulfilling Your Business Potential in 2015 and Beyond

Blind Adventurer and international motivational speaker Miles Hilton-Barber is one of the most widely sought-after motivational speakers on the world circuit at present, having had the privilege of speaking at over 950 corporate events in 68 countries to date.

Despite losing his sight in his early 20's, His quality of life and level of success was radically transformed at the age of 50, not through sight restoration, but through changing his attitude to his blindness.

?Potential for growth and ongoing success for individuals, companies and organizations is not primarily dependant on a change in the economy or their circumstances- but a change in the ATTITUDE of their management and leadership towards their current circumstances? he says.

Since the age of 50 Miles has set numerous world records undertaking extreme endurance events across all seven continents of our world in the fields of mountaineering, desert and polar ultra-marathons, power-boat racing, scuba-diving, motor-racing and long distance, aerobatic and supersonic flying amongst other achievements.

His presentation outlines a radical yet simple set of life principles that will enable companies, individuals  and organizations to become more successful today, despite facing unprecedented global change, wrapped up in a fast-moving, colorful and humorous presentation with photos and video clips from his many expeditions and adventures.

He will challenge you to look again at who you are, and how you can achieve so much more than you think you can in both your personal and business life, because "The only limits in your life are those you accept yourself"...

Miles was fantastic! An inspiration to our people on both a professional and personal level. The feedback from the team was testimony to how Miles touched so many of them and the fact that we have gone back again and again to have Miles speak to different groups within our organisation is testimony to the value that he adds!

Miles' opening presentation and presence at the MDRT Annual conference in San Diego changed many of the thousands of lives in the audience. Personally, I am now committed to doing my 'dangerous dreams'. Life is too short not to have fun!

Hearing Miles speak is truly inspirational. He is living proof of the old adage 'there's no such word as can't'. This amazing man is an unparalleled force for motivation and I have every possible respect for his talents as a speaker as well as his incredible personal courage.
- Lord David Puttnam, Enigma Productions (Produced Chariots of Fire)

I can't even imagine the difficulties of travelling in polar regions without being able to see things. I once was semi-blind in the Arctic and everything became doubly problematic. Total blindness would have been nightmarish. My admiration for Miles is enormous..
