Nola is best known for her fresh, interactive and fun-filled workshops where keynote is anything but traditional. Take a journey with Nola and prepare to use the other side of your brain, entering a state of mind that defies today's programmed way of thinking.

Also an exhibiting artist, teacher, and founder and president of the Mosaic Association of Australia and New Zealand, Nola said goodbye to a career as a tax manager for a large oil and gas exploration company over 13 years ago delving head first on to a path as a practicing artist before changing the local art education world as we know it.

Nola's facilitated sessions are designed to get people into an open and playful context using art-based activities that enhance team spirit, reduce stress and explore the true essence of imagination.

Focusing on hindering the inner critic that often stops us from achieving our full creative potential in our personal and professional lives, Nola's patented programs will take you on a unique journey that taps in to an imagination you thought you left behind as a child, reminding you of the sheer capacity of the human mind. You will leave feeling inspired, re-defined and ready to conquer any creative challenge.

I would recommend, without hesitation, the services of Jane Rowland Smith and Ovations. Jane answered a last minute call to arrange a guest speaker for our principals. Nothing was too much effort, all was arranged within hours, and went very smoothly. The guest speaker was exactly what we required and our brief was followed. Thank you Jane and the team at Ovations.

Jane, I personally want to thank you for all of your support, advice, patience and all round kindness that you have given me over the last 3 or so years.  This event would not have been as successful without the valuable MC’s you have recommended and the support you provided me when it all just seemed too hard
