Nola's facilitated sessions are designed to get people into an open and playful context using art-based activities that enhance team spirit, reduce stress and explore the true essence of imagination.

Focusing on hindering the inner critic that often stops us from achieving our full creative potential in our personal and professional lives, Nola's patented programs will take you on a unique journey that taps in to an imagination you thought you left behind as a child, reminding you of the sheer capacity of the human mind. You will leave feeling inspired, re-defined and ready to conquer any creative challenge.
