Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts, Paul has worked in several industries but has focused on communication skills. He was a lecturer at the Ballarat University in Victoria, Australia, lecturing in Art and Theatre History. He was a radio presenter for ABC, the coordinating editor of a magazine, an actor and a writer. As an actor, Paul won best actor for his portrayal of the Prince in Hamlet. He also toured Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Canada and Australia with several plays. Paul lived in Jakarta, Indonesia for several years, working as the Academic Director of a school before joining the British Council as a trainer. He moved to Singapore in 2000 and worked with the British Council's Professional Development Centre, becoming Assistant Director in 2002. His clients included Singapore Airlines, Land Transport Authority and Standard and Poors. Paul wrote several highly successful courses including "Public Speaking Essentials"' "Interpersonal Communication Skills" and "Personal Image Management." Paul is accredited in TMS (Team Management Systems) Team Management Profile and their QO2 (Obstacles and Opportunities Quotient). He has delivered teamworks training for various companies (including the British Council) in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia.

Paul is a much sought after presenter in Singapore. Her World magazine called him, "The quintessential public speaker." He has been a regular presenter at Key Media's HR Summit.

He has worked extensively with the media, training news presenters for Mediacorp and even the Singapore Idols. Paul has had many articles published and has been featured in Today's Manager, Today Newspaper and the Straits Times. Paul has trained extensively around the region and has delivered courses in over 7 countries. He has been called, "An engaging provocateur" and "Eerily insightful."
As Head of Corporate Sales - Asia of a Training Company, Paul is dedicated to tailoring products for national and corporate cultures and building on the multi-cultural understanding and highly professional delivery of products that his company is renowned for.
