Specialty Areas

Rachael began her business, Gifted at the age of 22. Always wanting to begin her own business, she noticed the hamper market was lacking style and taste, offering old-fashioned cane baskets and contents. Soon after the business launch Rachael won the Shell Operation Livewire program for best business idea and a grant of $5000.
The business grew rapidly with retail stores, a corporate showroom and A-list clients including Citipower, ANZ, Telstra, Australia Post and Laminex. The business growth and success led to Gifted being a finalist in the Telstra Small Business Awards and was sold soon after to wishlist.

As a business woman Rachael experienced the personal challenges that many busy people face, such as balancing work and life when working long hours, and maintaining relationships and a sense of self. Rachael also overcame business challenges such as growing a business, managing a team and achieving sales targets.

Rachael has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Business Bulletin's Entrepreneur of the Year, was included in the Business Class Magazine's Female Entrepreneurs under 30 for two years, was inducted into the Business Women's Hall of Fame and has been a member of the Australian Businesswomen's Network's Board of Advisors.

Now a coach, public speaker and trainer, Rachael works with people to create great results and achieve success. Rachael has more than 1500 coaching hours behind her, and uses her coaching and facilitation skills to create a powerful and interactive training environment.

Rachael is an amazing facilitator and thank you for choosing an absolute professional, not only did she go through each session which will assist our training skills in the future but she also demonstrated how well it can be done by being herself and showing her own skills, knowledge and passion for the subject.

The "Time to Fly" event was absolutely fantastic. I gained so much from the couple of hours I spent in this event. Rachael Pickworth was delightful and her down to earth techniques were very powerful and non intrusive. I believe this was an excellent event choice. I have taken on board the techniques and goal setting strategies and have even started re-reading the manual provided. I have attended a number of workshops and I can honestly say that yours moved me and was extremely powerful. Congratulations on presenting such valuable content. I am very excited by what will follow.
