Ray's assignments have covered a broad range of industries from financial services, industrial products, consumer products, publishing, aviation and hospitality fields.

He is also the author of a Coaching & Mentoring column in Asia's leading travel newspaper TTG (Travel Trade Gazette) and a panel member on ESPN Sports "Football Focus."
