Rosie Yeo is a strategist, expert facilitator and trusted guide for conferences and leadership off-sites.
A warm, quick-witted, and always-prepared speaker, Rosie brings insight, curiosity, and humour to every event. She asks thoughtful, unexpected and on-the-money questions that engage the room and spark fresh thinking. She's adept at managing complex conversations and she works closely with organisers to help deliver event objectives beyond the room.
Rosie began her career as an adviser in Federal and State politics (although at parties she would say she was a librarian to avoid political arguments). She then managed public affairs for an industry association before becoming an adviser to companies including Campbell Arnott's , GlaxoSmithKline and Network Ten, and being appointed to a national regulatory board for health practitioners.
Frustrated by unproductive, uninspiring and unprofitable planning sessions she sat through as a board director and corporate adviser, Rosie set out to transform these important conversations.
From pharmaceuticals and finance to transport and tourism, Rosie now leads more strategy sessions in a year than most leaders want to attend in their lifetime. She facilitates conferences and events for corporate, government and association clients seeking momentum, commitment and clear results.
Rosie is the author of "Go for Bold: How to create powerful strategy in uncertain times" - a book that makes strategy human, and even a little bit fun. She's a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, was awarded an MBA by University of New South Wales, and is an accredited Certified Speaking Professional.
