For as long as I can remember, getting up in front of a crowd to speak has always excited me! Mash this up with educating people about social media and the powerful impact it has on a brand, and you've got me at my happiest!

When I broke my leg in 2008, that was the tipping point when I truly saw the power of social media and how it plays a role in branding and business as a whole. I decided to make the most out of this situation and put my injury on YouTube as advertising space for businesses to bid on to get themselves seen online. The video went viral receiving 27,000 views in a just a few weeks and seeing the number of submissions flood in really justified the value of great content and solid network connections for brands on social platforms.

Fast forward to 2014. I now get to work with some of the best brands in the country and have a solid team by my side who live and breath social media too. Playing in this evolving space over the last 6 years has enabled me to assist brands to see the value of social media and how they can track the success of their investment into this space.

Thinktank Social is one of Australia's First Social Media Agencies focusing on Strategy, Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising and Web, Mobile and App builds. We also have a strong educational arm who deliver workshops, run consultation sessions and speak at events and conferences regularly.

When I'm not working with brands on their social strategy I get the opportunity to speak at events, comment in the media and run training sessions around Australia and internationally about how social media is playing a significant role in todays fast paced and scrolling generation.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, hitting it hard at the gym and making it to as many Melbourne Demons games as I can! Go Dees!
