Shannon has a BA in Dance and Psychology from UCLA, a Post-Graduate degree from The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Direction and Movement and a Masters in Theatre from The University of NSW. Shannon worked for more than 20 years as an actor, dancer, singer, director, choreographer, and presenter in theatre, film and television for such companies as Andrew Lloyd Weber's Really Useful Company, 20th Century Fox and The Australian Opera.
