Tony is the Australian partner in the Quicksilver Group, an international team of Change Leadership facilitators.

Through the Quicksilver System of thinking learning communicating, they accelerate change and optimise business results by increasing the effectiveness and productivity of senior executive's valuable time.

Quicksilver has developed a totally unique integration of skills, tools and processes that help executives transform the way they work as individuals and in teams.

The same skills that the Quicksilver partners use in their work in strategic facilitation, they also teach through learning programs and coaching.

Today, when companies and organisations take a group of executives offsite, they require a much greater business focus and actionable outcomes. Quicksilver will design and facilitate your meeting or conference, or any portion of it, to achieve actionable business results. And we can show you how to establish a highly productive environment where your executive teams increase levels of thinking, interaction, communication, contribution and decision making.

Their experience evolved from designing and facilitating over 600 executive conferences in 20 countries and developing change leadership skills with 20,000 senior executives.
