As founder and director of entente pty limited, and entente foundation, she is leading the world's first International Movement of Trust. She is an award winning Author, Speaker and Adviser to business leaders, governments and individuals around the world.

She has accepted the challenge to re-establish the trust paradigm as the foundation on which any successful business, personal relationship and community must be built.

Vanessa's business and personal experience has ignited an unstoppable passion that has made her an outstanding entrepreneur and globally recognised thought leader on trust.

Her business experience has seen Vanessa move from a career in risk mitigation and compliance, with a focus on creating a more trustworthy business environment for the global Financial Services Industry, to a respected leader in improving Results, Retention and Relationships in the business world through the building and restoring of trust.

Her personal experience has seen Vanessa dealing with issues in life that left her doubting if there was anyone in the world she could trust, including herself. It was from these personal experiences and her business experience, combined with an epiphany brought about by her son, Lachlan, that Vanessa dedicated her life to understanding and teaching others around the world about the power and fragile nature of trust as the secret to ultimate success.

Vanessa has developed a uniquely simple but amazingly powerful and memorable model to expose the truth about trust - what it is, how we all inadvertently break it down each day, and how to harness its power and learn to build it in our business and personal lives. This model has revolutionised how trust is viewed throughout the world, with her work now rolling out in countries such as the USA, South Africa, Russia, China, and her home, Australia.

"The thing that I loved about your book,...it is basically it's reminding people to stop and reflect, because if they really want to get what they want in life then they have to realise that trust is the key...That is the secret of getting what you want in life. That's an important message for people. The idea that you're taking that on as your mission I think is a great contribution."
